School Information

Our team at Rewards take great pride in providing support to the local schools and their students. As Rewards have links with school career advisors, we often provide information about Apprenticeships, as well as career advice and guidance to students and their parents.

How can we help schools?

  • CV writing workshops to groups of students at various schools
  • Attend parents evenings to allow parents / students to gather more information about apprenticeships
  • Exhibit at career open days / evenings
  • Attend exam results days to support students who may be considering an apprenticeship
  • Deliver informative presentations about apprenticeships in school assemblies
  • Provide one-to-one support for students who need more individual advice and guidance

We are very grateful for the support received from the Recruitment Team at Rewards Training at the following events…

Apprenticeship Application Workshop – Thirty Year 13 students were provided with an interactive session providing guidance and support with writing covering letters and curriculum vitae. Feedback after the session was extremely positive with students feeling confident about what was required and having completed a first draft of their CV. On-going support was offered to these students.

Futures Day – Rewards training gave a 45-minute presentation on applying to apprenticeships to the students in Year 12. This was followed by a careers fair when further support and advice were offered. The presentation received excellent feedback, with students having a clearer idea of the types of apprenticeships on offer, the qualities and skills employers are looking for and how to develop these.

The input that Rewards Training have provided has proved extremely valuable and we look forward to our on-going relationship.
