Our Company Timeline

2019
Rewards celebrates 30 years in the training business. Throughout the year, we will be sharing some magic moments with you, some of which I hope will cause you to reflect on your personal journey with Rewards. For me, as I reflect over the last 30 years, our goal has been a simple one of empowering people to change their lives through learning. Our mission and core values have served us well in the past and will continue to do so as we move forward into the digital age.

Since 1989, in the people development sector, Rewards has touched the lives of many and passionately believes, through learning, people are empowered and confident to embrace change. Heraclitus (Greek philosopher) said that “change is the only constant in life” and in the 21st century never truer words were spoken as it becomes more and more important for us all to keep up in the technological age. Keep learning!
