We have been providing training solutions to individuals and businesses for over 35 years.

We are looking for a Qualified Assessor to join our team who will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of learning and assessment to individuals undertaking Hair Apprenticeships and related awards/courses.

The successful applicant will:

Deliver all elements of approved programmes to the very highest standards and promote Rewards Training in a positive and professional manner.

Undertake duties diligently in line with internal and external quality control processes. Rewards’ company ethos will underpin all activities.

Co-ordinate all aspects of assessment for their caseload, reviewing progress with learners and employers to facilitate timely achievement. In carrying out these activities Trainers will meet all organisational requirements and external standards for training and assessment.

Work with salons in Arundel, Chichester & Petworth so travel is required.

Qualifications needed/desired:

Hairdressing Diploma at Level 2 & 3 required

TAQA/CAVA/ A1 or equivalent required

IQA/V1 or equivalent preferred but not required

Salary:#

Salary: £20 per hour/ £150 per day
