Tender Opportunity: Apprenticeship Sub-Contracting

Rewards Training is seeking to expand its network of quality-led training partners to support apprenticeship delivery across the South East of England. 

We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced training providers in the following sectors:

Health & Social Care
Business Management & Administration
Hospitality
Hairdressing & Barbering

Successful partners will share our values-led approach to training, with a strong focus on learner outcomes, safeguarding, and employer engagement.

Requirements include:
• Track record of delivering high-quality apprenticeships
• Track record in exceeding ESFA/DfE apprenticeship accountability targets 
• Robust compliance and quality assurance systems
• Financial stability and sector expertise
• Capacity to deliver appropriate assessment and quality assurance
