Food Safety in Catering
Level 3 Award
This qualification is suitable for hospitality supervisors/managers and future supervisors and managers. It provides learners with the opportunity to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of the importance of food safety management procedures and complying with the law. They will also understand the role of the supervisor in maintaining food safety.
This course is split into manageable sections and is followed by an online multiple-choice exam.
