Strong Leadership and Apprentice Support
Ofsted highlighted the organisation's commitment to inclusion, noting that leaders carefully assess apprentices' needs and provide tailored support for those facing barriers to learning, including dyslexia, health challenges and caring responsibilities.
High-Quality Curriculum and Industry-Relevant Training
Inspectors praised the logical structure of apprenticeship programmes and the close collaboration between Rewards Training and employers to ensure learning is directly relevant to workplace needs. Trainers were recognised as experienced industry professionals who effectively develop apprentices' practical skills and sector knowledge.
Creating Positive Impact in Communities
Ofsted recognised apprentices' contributions to their communities, including activities supporting food banks, sustainability initiatives and health awareness campaigns.
