1. Understand the Forces for Change in an Organisation
- Identify the forces that may require the learner's organisation to change by conducting a simple PESTLE or SWOT analysis
2. Know How to Identify and Plan Change in an Organisation
- Reflecting on the SWOT or PESTLE analysis to look at an example of change required in the workplace
- Identify relevant human and financial factors in the consideration of planning change within the context of the example
- The role of communication in facilitating effective change
- Using a technique for planning change within the given context
What is an ILM unit?

This management unit can be undertaken on its own and is ILM accredited.

However, this unit can also be built up to an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management at a later date, if you wish.

This unit is worth 2 ILM credits. To achieve an Award the learner would be required to have a minimum of 4 credits.
