    This apprenticeship is based at a Sales and Lettings agency in Haywards Heath.



    Key responsibilities:

    • Shadowing current lettings staff on house viewings with the eventual aim being to build up confidence and competence to complete house viewing alone.
    • Recording details from applicants regarding their housing requirements such as number of bedrooms, area, price etc.
    • Arrange suitable viewings based on analysis of customer requirements.
    • Work alongside administration staff with inputting data
    • Taking inbound calls
    • Communicating with and supporting tenants
    • Completing tenant referencing, property inspections, inventories and check outs.
    • Assisting with marketing and advertising of properties


    Rate of Pay: £7.50 p/h

    Days and hours to work: Monday to Friday, plus one in four Saturdays. 9:00am - 5:30pm

  • Customer Service Specialist - Level 3 - Gatwick Airport

    This role will include engaging with passengers travelling through London Gatwick Airport and providing excellent customer service, ticketing, and sales assistance.



    Key responsibilities:

    • Customer engagement; assisting with customer enquiries online and via email, telephone, video/text chat in accordance with Company guidelines
    • Learning about the Aviation industry and airport partners.
    • Monitoring, responding and escalating passenger queries via social media platforms.
    • Responding and escalating airport passenger enquiries via email communication.
    • Assisting passengers with completion of pre-departure enquiries and services such as transport tickets and electronic visa submission.
    • Represent our airline clients by providing reservation support, ancillary collections and answering general enquiries
    • Providing passenger support in times of travel disruption, including delayed, cancelled and missed flight scenarios.
    • Carry out duties to support the Lost Property service including collections, re-uniting items and maintaining passenger communications
    • Learning multiple airline GDS reservations systems, including ticketing and revenue collections on behalf of our airline clients.


    • Rate of Pay: £17,400
    • Days and hours of work: 4 days on 2 days off - 2 x 06:00-13:30, 2 x 13:30-21:00 – includes weekends and bank holidays.

  • Healthcare Support Worker - Level 2 - Leigh on Sea

    This role is a perfect opportunity for any eager Healthcare Support Worker. This Level 2 apprenticeship will place the learner in a role where they are surrounded and supported by experienced industry professionals who will be passing their knowledge on to the successful candidate.



    Key responsibilities:

    Patient Clinical Assistance Activities:

    • Expected to fulfil the roles of taking patient health questionnaires, positioning patients in the scanner and ensuring that you deliver the optimum number of parts per day, notionally identified as 36 + per day, under supervision of Radiographer.
    • Trained to perform patient administration & pre preparation activities in Endoscopy Department, under supervision of Nurse.
    • To allow patients to be examined in a safe environment, to implement safety awareness in MRI, Endoscopy Processes and Radiation protection and ensure that untoward incidents are reported.
    • To obtain accurate MRI images / Endoscopy Reports in accordance to the safety guidelines /protocols of the unit
    • Assigned in selecting options for the software and also in adjusting the MRI table and the MRI machine basing on the specific images that has to be carried out.
    • Have good communication skills to explain the procedure to their patients to alleviate their fear and anxiety.

    Patient Administration Assistance Activities:

    • To assist administration work & support patients and their relatives throughout their journey at Chartwell Private Hospital from admission to discharge.
    • Dealing with patients, identifying the issues based on SOP Defined, and advising the right MRI scans / Endoscopy Procedures needed, assisting patients with clarity to the process and promoting all the services the business holds, thereby booking the patient for the correct MRI Scan / Endoscopy Procedures
    • The post holder must also perform accurate data entry into the radiology information system, PACS and all the electronic records pertinent to the Department of Radiology.
    • Contact patients and arrange Diagnostic Imaging / Endoscopy appointments liaising with other departments as appropriate.
    • Provide explanations of estimates for pricing of Diagnostic Imaging procedures / Endoscopy for self- funding patients as required.
    • Input patient data on to hospital and diagnostic imaging / endoscopy systems as well as collect, collate, and report routine and simple data and information e.g. NHS and BUPA spreadsheet data.
    • Comply with data protection requirements.
    • Transfer and deliver Diagnostic Imaging / Endoscopy reports to appropriate destinations.


    Rate of Pay: £6.40

    Days and hours of work: Depends on rotas (8 hour shifts between 8am – 10pm)
