    • The benefits of remote working for both the individual and organisation
    • Looking at the potential barriers of remote working
  • 2. Know How to Lead a Remote Working Team
    • The role of trust and communication in remote working
    • How to develop trust andn maintain effective communication
    • The role and nature of motivation
    • How to provide feedback to remote workers
  • 3. Know How to Provide Support for Remote Workers
    • Looking at how to overcome isolation for remote workers
    • Ensuring health and safety when remote working
    • Technical support for remote working
  • What is an ILM unit?

    This management unit can be undertaken on its own and is ILM accredited.


    However, this unit can also be built up to an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management at a later date, if you wish.


    This unit is worth 2 ILM credits. To achieve an Award the learner would be required to have a minimum of 4 credits.
