For Schools

Our team at Rewards take great pride in providing support to the local schools and their students. As Rewards have links with school career advisors, we often provide information about apprenticeships, as well as career advice and guidance to students and their parents.

"We were incredibly fortunate that Rewards Training provided a project brief for our work experience programme this year. They supported one of our year 12 students with a well thought out, empowering experience of the working world. We were particularly impressed by the level of personal growth that Rewards Training facilitated and the environment they created with the student, which supported a huge increase in confidence. Rewards Training demonstrated their commitment to young learners by participating in this programme and indeed, throughout our interactions with them. We look forward to partnering with them in the future and wouldn't hesitate to place students with them in any capacity"

Eppie Silverman Leggatt, Careers Lead at Shoreham Academy

"Donna & Sharon from Rewards Training attended our school Careers Fayre earlier in September. They brought with them some lovely displays and plenty of information that the students could take away. Their stand was busy with activity and interest from our students.
We look forward to welcoming them to Chailey for a Year 11 assembly later in the year."

Gail Wickens, Careers & Work-Related Learning Coordinator at Chailey School
