Minute Taking
This course aims to enable participants to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to produce accurate and useful minutes. It will enhance participants’ existing Meeting Skills with a focus on the role of the recorder/administrator.

Course Content:

  • Roles in meetings
  • Note taking during meetings
  • Minute publishing style and minute types
  • Questions, evaluations and action planning 

Course Activities

Interactive activities and exercises will be used to reinforce the learning.
