Congratulations to our ACL Tutor Callum for receiving a nomination for the Festival of Learning this year.

Rewards Adult Community Learning were also nominated again as a training organisation!

2019 - 30 years and counting!

Rewards celebrates 30 yearsin the training business. Throughout the year, we will be sharing some magic moments with you, some of which I hope will cause you to reflect on your personal journey with Rewards. For me, as I reflect over the last 30 years, our goal has been a simple one of empowering people to change their lives through learning. Our mission and core values have served us well in the past and will continue to do so as we move forward into the digital age.

 

Since 1989, in the people development sector, Rewards has touched the lives of many and passionately believes, through learning, people are empowered and confident to embrace change. Heraclitus (Greek philosopher) said that “change is the only constant in life” and in the 21st century never truer words were spoken as it becomes more and more important for us all to keep up in the technological age. iDEA Award

Our first learner has achieved the Duke of York’s iDEA Bronze Award. The certificate arrived from Buckingham Palace and was presented to our excited learner Yvette.

Rewards Hair Academy

New name, new location, same quality and the seam team!

Rewards Training are delighted to announce that our Hairdressing and Barbering Apprenticeship Academy, LookFantastic will now be known as Rewards Hair Academy . We have also moved from Hove to Central Brighton.

Ofsted Report

Rewards Training are delighted to announce the result of their recent Ofsted visit. Following a detailed inspection of the training, assessment, advice and guidance provided to over 800 learners and 200 employers across the South East over the past year Rewards Training have retained the highly coveted ‘good’ grade in recognition of the highly effective services it provides.

Commenting on recent publication of the report Rewards Training Managing Director Andrew Ayres said “This report recognises all the hard work and dedication by our team to provide some of the best training services around. We are very proud of the result and looking forward to supporting greater numbers of businesses in the local community to find and train the apprentices they need for a successful future”
